CREW Las Vegas Committees

Committee involvement is a great way to make connections, advance your career and CREW Las Vegas. Serving on a committee will also guarantee eligibility for a seat on the Board of Directors. If you would like to be involved in a committee, contact the committee chairman listed below.

Marketing / Media

Committee Chair:
Brittany Kemer; Cushman & Wakefield Commerce

The Marketing & Media committee is responsible for promoting CREW Las Vegas in the community including:
• Preparing and issuing press releases to promote CREW Las Vegas, meetings, community service and sponsored events
• Inviting media contacts to events
• Encouraging members to submit networking stories and real estate opportunities to the FLASH Quarterly Newlsetter
• Assist members by providing media mailing lists and sample press release formats
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the web site

The goal of the membership committee is to increase membership and expand member benefits.
• Establish & promote the value of becoming a member
• Manage the member to member mentoring committee
• Plan and execute member only meetings and mixers
• Generate prospects and increase the mailing list
• Contact and follow up with potential and new members


Committee Chair:
Dan Palmeri; Cushman & Wakefield Commerce

The Programs committee is responsible for creating informative programs highlighting aspects of the commercial real estate field and the City of Las Vegas. Responsibilities include?
• Scheduing informative real estate related speakers for monthly luncheons
• Develop a speakers bureau
• Develop and plan members only events in conjunction with the Membership Committee
• Establish & maintain contact with other real estate organizations and women's groups in regard to mixers and events
• Gather member responses on programs held and input for future programs


Committee Chair:
Natalie Allred; The Equity Group

The goal of the Sponsorship Committee is to procure financial contributions from local businesses and to offer reciprocal support to these businesses for their contributions. Responsibilities include:
• Create and/or update the CREW Las Vegas brochure outlining teh benefits and costs of sponsorship
• Develop a potential sponsor list
• Compose  letters, make phone calls to and follow up with potential sponsors
• Develop sponsorshship opportunities for special events
• Maintain contact with current sponsors to ensure their needs are being met

The special events committee plans and presents the annual charity event.
